	Roxanne Abdulali -- Feedback: I ordered a christmas hamper of cheese, crackers etc and as told some items would not be available and would be substituted with items of equal value. The hamper ended up being made of some cheese, but also frozen frankfurters, a jar of peanut butter and tinned cheddar. This does not sound like a christmas hamper, and it does not sound like items of equal type/worth. I was embarrassed that was what my parents had recieved when i had ordered an expensive hamper for them.
